How can you help?
Support for BHGH-SF comes from individuals, corporations, and foundations. We do not receive any government funding. The San Francisco Boys Hope affiliate operates as a separate 501(c)(3) organization from the national organization and, as such, we are responsible for our own fundraising. Your support is critical to the success of the youth we serve. In addition to tax deductible donations, gifts of time and talent through volunteering are needed and greatly appreciated.

In-Kind Donations
Stop moving those clothes, pots and pans, and other household items from room to room. Take them to the San Francisco Community Thrift Store at 623 Valencia Street between 17th and 18th streets. They accept a wide variety of items and you can designate Boys Hope Girls Hope to receive the proceeds when they are sold. Everybody wins! they will give you tax deductible donation receipt, and the children we serve purchase needed school supplies with the money generated from the sale of your items. Be sure to tell them you want the proceeds to go to Boys Hope Girls Hope, charity code 132. Give them a call at (415) 861-4910 for more details.
Vehicles for Charity
Donate a vehicle to Boys Hope Girls Hope and get a tax deduction while assisting our Scholars with the sales proceeds of your vehicle going into our operating fund. Just go to vehiclesforcharity.com and email your request to donate your vehicle to BHGH.

Boys Hope Girls Hope has developed an exciting partnership with GRO, LLC (Tom Grinstead). GRO is committed to help raise money for Boys Hope Girls Hope by contributing 10% of all sales made to Boys Hope Girls Hope partners back to Boys Hope Girls Hope.
